I made brownies yesterday, as you can see my attempt number one was a disaster which i know was because i used a really cheap tin which made it burn.
The second attempt wasn't so bad, and it tasted delicious.
The ingredients will be listed below -
4 oz. self raising flour
1/4 level teaspoon salt
1 1/2 oz. cocoa
4 oz. butter
4oz. soft brown sugar
2 eggs, blended
1 tablespoon milk
For the icing -
1 1/2 oz. butter
1 oz. cocoa, sieved
3 tablespoons evaporated milk
4 oz. icing sugar, sieved
