Review - Pantene Aqualight Shampoo&Conditioner

I bought this product after trying out a free sample in which i thought was greaaat! So i went to my local supermarket and there was a '3for2' offer on them which was even better since the bottles were huge. I kinda wish i had got the leave in conditioner as well though but never mind.

These products normally retail for £4.17 if it's the bigger bottle (500ml), which may vary from place to place since that price was from boots. The packaging is quite cute i love the colour choices :) which makes each of the products look fresh. The smell of the products are gorgeous and last on your hair for a while.

The actual pantene website claims the conditoner to 'nourish your hair in a light way without weighing it down. Its innovative Clean Rinse formula is highly water-soluble and rinses off in seconds. Nourishment with zero residue and zero weight, you will see the difference from your first wash'
Which i guess i can agree with because my hair doesn't really feel weighed down by it and also it leaves my hair feeling nourished and soft. Although i feel like there is a bit of residue left hmmm.

The actual pantene website claims the shampoo to 'cleanses from root to tip rinsing off in seconds. Free of silicone and other heavy ingredients, it nourishes hair leaving a fresh, clean and light feeling'
Which is true. Apart from they are being a bit, whats the word...dramatic when they say in seconds because it would take a little longer to rinse out. But it did leav my hair fresh, clean and super soft.

I have noticed though that my hair gets greasy quickly after using this product, with other shampoos i've used my hair has lasted for at least 3 days, and this product makes it greasy the day after which isn't good. But overall i'd say this range is great smelling and leaves your hair clean and smelling great! Check it out for yourself, better when they are on '3for2' though as you can try the hair mist as well for free!hehe

Thanks for checking out my review.
Lovee,
Sammie

Review - L'oreal infallible foundation

I've had this foundation for a little while now and sadly but this isn't going to be a life holy grale product.
I bought this from boots for £9.99 as i was in desperate need of a new foundation with someone within a price range and that would promise good staying power. So i decided to go for this as it was promising '16hour staying power' I bought this in the colour vanilla, which is one of the lightest shades which you wouldn't think when you look at it? anyway....

First of all let's see what the company says about their product!

Infallible Make-Up is L’Oreal Paris’ first foundation that fights the signs of make-up melt down and lasts up to 16 hours.
Now enriched with the new Hydra-Luminous Complex, it ensures radiance all day long, with the security of a non transfer formula.
Infallible foundation contains the innovative Co-Resistium technology and the new Hydra-Luminous Complex to help keep your complexion looking perfect and radiant throughout the day.

Even skin tone and coverage

The Infallible make-up formula helps create an even skin tone and a natural-looking colour. The ultra-resistant pigments help form a barrier against perspiration and sebum, and provide exceptional foundation hold up to 16 hours!

The result: a perfect finish that looks freshly applied all day long!

On application, the Co-Resistium technology is designed to form a highly resistant and extremely stable network of pigments. This helps the pigments to remain in cohesion with the skin, for a uniform colour and good hold during the day, resisting the signs of fatigue. The Hydra-Luminous Complex lock in moisture for a fresh and luminous complexion

That's all of which what the company has to say.
I will agree that the texture of th foundation is creamy and does go on smoothly making your skin really soft. But the colour was orange and it didn't even last 2 hours on my face! no joke! i think that's a stupid time limit. This is probably only good for people who like to top up their makeup every hour to be fair! It does melt down and fade.

Some pictures of the colour will be somewhere below to show you. It's not a good match at all.

So all in all,
1. Doesn't have a long lasting staying power as it promises.
2. Does leave your skin feeling silky soft.
3. It can offer a good coverage if applied in the right way.
4. Can look rather cakey if not applied in the right way.
5. Colour definetly didn't match and looked rather orange.
6. Pump which makes application a lot easier!
7. £9.99 - not so much of a loss but still could of been better, foundations cheaper than this work better!
8. They don't really have a good colour range that varies, obviously depends on your skin type to be honest.
9. can make your skin looking really oily! ergh.

I wouldn't recommend this product but that's just my opinion.
Hope this was helpful! xox

Haul - Boots,Clintons & Morrisons.

I went shopping yesterday to a place near me. I only went to three shops. First of all i'll start off with what i bought in boots.

There was a offer on aussie products. '2 for £6' So i bought 'Miracle Moist' shampoo and conditioner.

The second thing i bought was 'maybelline dream mousse concealer in nude beige 01' i have bought loads of these and i just love it!
I would really recommend it. It cost £6:19 it never used to be that much!
The three thing i bought was a lipgloss from barry m that i have been wanting for a while! And that is 'number 1' It smells of toffee and tastes like it too. It looks like a brown colour in the tube but it comes out non-browny lol.
The price was £4.49

The third and final thing i bought from boots was another rimmel bronzer because i'm running out. In the colour 'Light' This cost £5.61. I needed another one because my current one is running out and it's just soo nice.

The next shop i went to was Clintons because my boyfriend wanted to get a card, but we didn't come out with a card we came out with this.....
Its a 'pot of dreams' It's like a money box apart from you put £2 everyday in it. It's suppose to help you save up for something special like i'm going to use it to save up for a car for when i can drive. The good thing about it is that you can't take money out. The only way you can take money out is when your ready to spend it when it's full and you smash it[: It cost £9.99 but it's totally worth it. Also it says on the tag that you can fit £1000 worth of £2 coins.

That was all i bought there. The last shop was Morrisons. I was on the search for 'Keri Katona's fitness dvd and found it in Morrisons for £9.99 and while i was there i bought another dvd that was only £5 which is suppose to tone your tummy or well atleast help it[: I'll do a review about them when i've tried them for a while.
So yeah that was all i bought. I plan on getting a job soon so i can go and spend money alot on clothes and jewellery and stuffiesss![:

Just want to saaay....

Hiyaaaa guys and girls.
Just thought i'd make a little post since it's christmas eve and i'm staying up to watch the euro millions to see if i've one (lmao) i thought i'd just wish you all a very merry christmas. I hope you have a lovely time with your families and enjoy yourself while you stuff yourself silly with turkey hehe.

I hope you enjoy with your presents but always remember your family comes first[:
I had four of my presents early but they weren't from my parents so it's okay.
I'll post a few pictures if you would like to see them. Ah wait, i'll just post them anyway and you can comment if you like them or what such.

First of all i had, a present from my grampa and step nan.
It's a Ed Hardy make up thing. As you can see it includes eyeshadows and applicatiors. A Bronzer. Two perfumes that are solid so you can rub them on your wrist. Also it includes a blusher brush and some lipsticks[: a lovely present and it's really cute styled. For once they brought a nice present and put thought in it unlike my mum's present from them LOL!

Second present i opened early was from my boyfriend's nan (bless her!)

It's a set of body wash, shower cream and body lotion of magnolia. She got it from marks and spencers as the tag was still on it. What a lovely little gift, as i wasn't expecting a present from her as i have only met her twice.

Third present i had early was from my mum's step brother ( Jason) and his wife Karen. They gave my brother a gift card as they normally do for us both but they wanted to save money or something and they gave me a cheap make up bag with 3 things inside. Which would be nice you would think? but no, when you buy something from No7 in Boots you get a free makeup bag and things, that's what they gave me. Their FREE gift. hmm. not fair i say. well anyway here it is.....

As you can see it is a little black makeup bag which includes a brown No7 eyeliner, a no7 extreme length mascara that comes out blue and a lipgloss in the colour Smile. It's an alright gift as i don't want to sound ungrateful. But it's something at least. But considering he's my mum's step brother i would have expected something better than that. Ohh well. moving on.

The fourth and final present i opened early was from my mum's friend Lyn.
It's a lovely impulse spray set. It's called 'True Romance'. It includes a lovely zipped bag which i will be using as my makeup bag from now on. It has a spray and a shower gel inside which smells gorgeous. I can't wait to have a shower with this stuff[:

So those are my four early christmas presents i will post what my others are and such.
So for now merry christmas all!

winter/christmas/family/present ideas/gossip

Its fifteen days until christmas day. Everyones going mad shopping, buying food and winter clothing. Here's me sitting on my laptop cwtched up in the warm with a cup of warm coffee by the side of me. Still have plenty of presents to be buying and plenty of things to be doing but am i doing them? nope. I'd rather be sitting here typing. I LOVE typing for some reason, i guess it's because i always have a lot to say haha! yeah i make a joke of it when it's probably true :(
I'm guessing it's winter to be honest, as everyone in the whole of britain is having snow apart from wales. I'm definetly considering moving. We haven't had snow yet and it's the 10th of December. Everyone else has had snow, Scotland has had a lot of snow. Even England has had snow! I guess there is still a chance for snow, i'm sure we've had it in January one year.

I can't believe Christmas has come round so fast, it feels like only yesterday i was on a beach for summer lol. I believe christmas is a great family time, even though when you are all having your christmas dinner on the 25th i would have already had  it on the 24th because my dad is working on the 25th :( :(
That's the one problem when you work, you have to suffer the concequences of the days you work and the special family times you miss out on. He can just have his present christmas Eve i guess. If i've bought it by then. I still have my dads present to buy and my mum's. I still haven't finished my boyfriends presents either. I bought him a set of two lynx chocolate sprays and shower gel but i still need five more things. Any ideas? lol i'll try and have a look in one of my latest magazine for some ideas.

Well that was a lovely ramble, keep your fingers crossed for snow yeah? (y) Could do with a lovely snow scene[:

Keep reading m'lovelies.
